Royal Mail Delivery Exclusions

Regretfully, if your order includes more than two lithium batteries, we are unable to provide Royal Mail services to the following postcodes due to changes in Royal Mail’s delivery policy. Products like vape kits, integrated batteries, and battery cells fall under this category. If you order more than two of these items, you can choose a different courier at the checkout.

Complete Delivery Exclusions

Shipping to any foreign locations is not something we offer.

Important

Vape UK is a responsible retailer with a legal obligation to ensure all customers buying from us are at least 18 years of age. Your first order with us will be processed using the services of 1Account to verify your age.

These checks are performed after your order has been placed. You will see a pop-up window on the order confirmation page. Please follow the instructions there. If we cannot verify your age, we cannot send your items until you have verified with 1Account. We cannot be held responsible for any delays this may cause in sending your order. Every order is shipped in a discrete container.

Orders are not shipped on bank holidays.

You can inform us of any specifics regarding your order using the order notes feature at checkout. Delivery drivers won’t see or be able to relay notes made here about delivery requests.

Please anticipate and allow a minimum 24-hour delay in receiving your order if you have chosen the DPD app’s or email notifications’ “Deliver to Pick-Up Shop” option.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frame indicated for the delivery method you selected, please get in touch with us within 10 days of the order’s dispatch date so we can check with the appropriate handler. After ten working days, we are sadly unable to look into or replace any missing deliveries that have been reported to us.

Please get in touch with us right away if there is a discrepancy with your delivery so we can assist in resolving any problems.

British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

After leaving our facility, orders with a BFPO delivery address should arrive in 10–14 working days. Royal Mail ships all BFPO orders, along with the necessary CN22/23 paperwork.

To avoid any delays in receiving your order or having it returned to us, it is important to enter the correct BFPO number and accompanying BF postal code, together with the required address format and information.

International Shipping

We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
