Warranty information for our vaping products
This is a comprehensive guide to the warranties supplied for each product group.
All Vaping Kits (Excluding Disposables), Mods, Batteries, Tanks and Accessories
comes with a 12-month life expectancy and a 6-month warranty. The product serial number needed for a warranty claim is contained in the outer packaging and any outer sleeves, so please keep these.
Disposable Kits & Prefilled E-Liquid Pods
These have an approximate one-year shelf life and a three-month warranty. The device packaging includes information on puff count expectancy. It should be noted that longer draws can result in noticeably lower puff counts. The product serial number needed to file a warranty claim is contained in the device or pod and the outer packaging, so please keep these.
General Information
Regular use-related scratches and discolorations are not covered by warranties because they are regarded as normal wear and tear. The product warranty covers any manufacturer defects and includes a replacement if the product is deemed faulty or beyond repair. If the item is not found to be faulty, we will return it to you. We reserve the right to reject a refund or request a return if we think the item is damaged.
To file a warranty claim with the appropriate manufacturer, a product must be returned.
E-Liquids & Drip Tips (Mouthpieces)
Regretfully, Smokeless Vape does not offer a warranty on these products for health and safety reasons. This is, of course, unless we find that the item is defective within six months of purchase, in which case a replacement or refund would be given.
