How do I return something that I've bought from you?
We offer a 30-day return policy, which is fantastic if you frequently shop late at night and the bright purple kit you purchased is making you regret your purchase
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Since the product serial numbers are found on the outer sleeves, all hardware, including outer sleeves, must be in its original packaging. Without this, we are unable to accept any returned hardware. Any samples or gifts are yours, so feel free to keep them
If you would like to return any or all of the items from your order, please email us with your original order number and the reason for the return. Subject to returns approval, we will respond with additional instructions on how to return your items.
Please make sure your items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit back to us if your return is accepted. We don’t care what you use to wrap them; old newspaper works just fine. But old socks are where we draw the line. Dobby the House Elf is not us!
Exceptions
For hygienic reasons, some products are not returnable. Among these are:
- Opened e-liquids
- Tanks / Atomisers / Pods filled with liquid, used or removed from their sealed packaging.
- Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
- Drip tips (mouthpieces)
- Opened coils or pods.
Faulty / Defective products
Do not hesitate to contact our committed customer service team if you encounter any problems with a product; they will be happy to help.
In order for us to conduct additional research with the manufacturer, kindly preserve the original packaging that contains the product batch information.
Exchanges
Reordering what you need and then emailing us for instructions on how to return unused items for a refund is the quickest and most straightforward way to exchange your item. In this manner, you will promptly receive the correct items, and as soon as the items are returned to us, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
If everything is in order after your return is received and examined, we will return the product value to the original payment method, less any original postage costs. The money will be credited back to your account in a few days.
Late or missing refunds
After returning your items, please contact us to see if you have received your refund if you haven’t received it within seven working days. Please get in touch with the bank or business that issued your card if they have and your refund has been processed. Please keep in mind, though, that it might take some time for your refund to be formally credited to your account.
Sale or clearance items
Only items with regular prices are eligible for refunds; regrettably, sale items are not.
